Tab 3 โ€” Hosting & Infra #

Builds a hosting and infrastructure quote with your agency markup applied. In Hosting, pick the tier โ€” Shared, Managed WordPress, VPS, Dedicated, or Cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure) โ€” and enter the monthly vendor cost. In Add-Ons, toggle on any additional infrastructure services:

  • Domain Registration โ€” annual cost
  • SSL Certificate โ€” Let’s Encrypt (Free) or Premium SSL, with monthly cost field for premium
  • CDN โ€” monthly cost
  • Email Hosting โ€” cost per account ร— number of accounts
  • Automated Backups โ€” picker: None / Monthly / Weekly / Daily
  • Uptime Monitoring โ€” monthly cost
  • Staging Environment โ€” monthly cost

In Agency Markup, set your markup percentage. An info note clarifies pass-through billing: “Pass-through โ€” billed at cost to client” if markup is zero. The Summary shows monthly vendor cost, your markup, and the monthly billable amount. Tap Apply to Job.

Tab 4 โ€” Maintenance Retainer #

Prices an ongoing website care plan. In Plan Details, name the plan (defaults to “Care Plan”), set your hourly rate, and enter base update hours per month. In Services Included, toggle on any services that are part of the plan โ€” each has an hours field:

  • Security Monitoring & Patching
  • Plugin Updates
  • Content Changes โ€” changes per month and hours per change
  • Monthly Analytics Report
  • Priority Support / SLA โ€” reserved hours and a premium percentage surcharge
  • Hosting Management / Liaison

In Contract Term, pick the term length โ€” Month-to-Month, 6 Months, 12 Months, or 24 Months โ€” and apply a term discount percentage for longer commitments. The Summary shows monthly total and annual value. Tap Apply to Job.

Tab 5 โ€” Integrations #

Scopes third-party integrations by toggling on each one required and setting its complexity and hours. The full list of integrations includes: HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp / Klaviyo, Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel / Ad Tracking, Stripe, PayPal, Square, QuickBooks / Xero, Calendly / Booking, Contact / Lead Form, Multi-Step Form / Quiz, Membership / Gated Content, LMS / Course Platform, Live Chat, Review Platform Embed, Social Feed Integration, Custom API Integration (two slots), and Custom Integration.

Each enabled integration has a complexity picker โ€” Basic, Moderate, or Complex โ€” and an hours field you can override. A Licensing Cost field captures any annual subscription or tool cost for the integration. In Pricing, enter your hourly rate and toggle on Include Licensing / Subscription Costs if you’re billing those to the client โ€” pick whether licensing is billed Monthly or Annual. The Summary shows total hours and total cost. Tap Apply to Job.

Tab 6 โ€” Design Scope #

Scopes UI design deliverables by deliverable type, breakpoints, and a screen-by-screen inventory. In Deliverable, pick the type: Wireframes Only, Visual Mockups, Full UI (Wireframes + Mockups + Components), or Design System. Enter your hourly rate. In Breakpoints, toggle on Mobile, Tablet, and/or Desktop โ€” hours multiply per breakpoint selected, and the section shows a live label confirming how many breakpoints are active.

In Screen Inventory, set count and fidelity for each screen type: Homepage, Interior Page, Landing Page, Dashboard, Form, Modal / Overlay, and Email Template. Fidelity options are Low (Wireframe), Mid (Greyscale), or High (Full Visual). In Additional Work, toggle on a Component Library / Design System and set the component count and hours each. Set revision rounds and review sessions with their respective hour allocations. The Summary shows total hours and price. Tap Apply to Job.
