Yes — PriceRight Pro supports multiple businesses #
You can run up to 5 separate company profiles under a single PriceRight Pro account. Each company is completely isolated — its own jobs, clients, estimates, invoices, expenses, crew, field workers, and settings. Switching between companies takes a single tap.
How many companies can I have? #
Every account includes one primary company slot at no extra cost. Additional company slots are available as a Premium add-on — up to a maximum of 5 companies total. Each extra slot is purchased as a monthly or annual in-app subscription. Slots can be added, archived, or removed as your needs change.
Is data shared between companies? #
No. Every company has its own data scope. Clients, jobs, estimates, invoices, expenses, crew, and field workers from Company A are never visible when you’re working in Company B. The app filters all records by the active company ID — it’s the same as having two separate accounts, but in a single app with one subscription.
Your subscription plan (Standard or Premium) applies across all companies — you don’t pay per company for plan features.
Common uses #
- Two trades, one phone — a contractor who runs both a painting business and a handyman operation can keep the books, crews, and pricing completely separate
- LLC and personal freelance — invoicing through your LLC for commercial work and through your own name for residential work
- Testing without risk — some users set up a second company to try new pricing models or verticals before rolling them out to their primary business
Before deleting a company #
Deleting a company profile is permanent — all data associated with it is removed. If you think you may ever need the records again, archive the company instead. Archived companies are hidden from the switcher but their data is preserved and can be restored. Always export a backup before deleting. See Back Up and Restore Your Company Data.
