Set Up and Share Your Digital Business Card as a Field Worker

📋 Digital Business Card Series

Your digital business card combines your manager’s company information with your own personal details — name, title, headshot, cell phone, and email. You control the personal layer. The company name, phone, and website come from your manager’s account and can’t be edited from your device.

Open My Card #

Tap My Card on your field home screen — the subtitle reads “Share your digital business card.” This card only appears if your manager has enabled the Digital Business Card feature for your access code.

The card opens with a preview showing how it looks to a contact. Your name, title, headshot, cell phone, and email appear alongside your manager’s company name and contact details.

Edit your personal details #

Tap Edit in the top-right corner. The Edit My Card sheet opens with three sections:

  • Photo — your headshot. Tap Change Photo to open the photo menu: choose Take Photo, Choose from Library, or Remove Photo if one already exists. A good headshot makes the card feel personal and memorable
  • Your Name & Title — enter your full name in the “Full name” field and your role in “Title (e.g. Sales Rep)”. These appear on the card below the company logo
  • Contact — enter your direct cell phone number and your personal email. The footer confirms: “These are shown on your card only. Your manager does not see them.” Use your direct contact details so prospects can reach you specifically, not just the company

Tap Save when done. Tap Cancel to discard changes. The card preview updates immediately.

Share your card #

Four share buttons sit below the card preview:

  • QR Code — opens a full-screen QR code the prospect scans with their camera. Their phone immediately gets your contact details. Tap Save to Photos to save the QR code image to use in printed materials. Tap Done to close
  • AirDrop — sends your contact card wirelessly to nearby Apple devices. The prospect taps Accept and you’re in their contacts
  • Text — opens a pre-filled text message with your contact information. Enter the prospect’s number and send
  • NFC — tap phones with an NFC-compatible device to share instantly. Both phones need to be unlocked and close together

QR Code and AirDrop are the fastest methods for in-person exchanges. Use Text when you want to follow up right after a conversation.
