๐ For: Field Workers | Requires: Commission Tracker enabled by your manager
Open My Commission #
Tap My Commission on your field home screen. The subtitle reads “View your closed commissions.” This card only appears if your manager has enabled the Commission Tracker for your access code.
Navigate by month #
The commission view shows one month at a time. The month label sits in the center โ tap the left chevron to go back to a previous month, and the right chevron to move forward. The right chevron is greyed out when you’re already on the current month.
The sync label #
Below the month selector, a sync timestamp shows when your commission data was last updated from your manager’s account:
- “As of last sync: [date and time]” โ the data shown was current as of this timestamp. Export an estimate to trigger a fresh sync
- “Not yet synced” โ no sync has happened yet. Export an estimate and your commission data will update
โน๏ธ Data currency: Commission data syncs when you export an estimate. If your manager marked a job closed today but you haven’t exported since then, it won’t appear yet. Export to refresh.
Monthly summary #
Three metric cards show your numbers for the selected month:
- Jobs Closed โ the number of jobs your manager has marked closed this month
- Revenue โ the total job revenue across all closed jobs this month
- Est. Payout โ your estimated commission payout for the month based on your rate and basis
Commission records #
Below the summary, each closed job appears as a row showing the job name, the date it was closed, the commission rate, and the estimated payout. Tap any row to open the Commission Detail view โ the full breakdown showing the job details, the commission basis (whether it’s calculated on gross revenue or net profit), the rate, and the locked payout amount.
Empty state #
If no jobs have been marked closed for the selected month, the screen shows: “No closed commissions for [month]” and “Commissions appear here once your manager marks a job closed.” Switch to a previous month using the chevrons to see historical payouts.
