Open the Daily Log #

Tap Daily Sales Activity Log on your field home screen. The Daily Log sheet opens showing today’s date. This card is always visible โ€” logging is available whether or not your manager requires it.


Log your calls #

The Calls section is where you record your outreach activity for the day. Each row has a โˆ’ and + button to tap up or down. Four fields:

  • Cold Calls โ€” calls to people you’ve never contacted before
  • Warm Calls โ€” calls to referrals or people you’ve spoken with before
  • Connections Made โ€” calls where you actually reached a live person
  • Voicemails Left โ€” calls that went to voicemail

The section footer clarifies: “Cold = never contacted. Warm = referral or previous contact.”

Below the counters, Connection Rate updates live as you log โ€” it shows the percentage of your total calls that resulted in a real conversation. A higher connection rate means your list quality and timing are working.


Log outreach and outcomes #

The Outreach section tracks non-call activity:

  • Emails Sent
  • Proposals Sent
  • Meetings Scheduled

The Outcomes section captures results:

  • Deals Closed โ€” tap + for each job you close today
  • Revenue Generated โ€” enter the dollar amount of today’s closed deals

The Close Rate figure below the revenue field updates live โ€” it shows what percentage of your total calls turned into closed deals.


Add a note #

The Note field at the bottom is optional โ€” use it to record anything worth capturing for today. What worked, what didn’t, a follow-up you need to make, or a win worth remembering. The footer encourages a habit: “Log your activity every day โ€” even if your manager doesn’t require it. Over time these numbers will tell you exactly how efficient you are, where you can improve, and most importantly, how many more calls you need to make to reach the income you want.”


Save your log #

Tap Save to record today’s activity. Tap Cancel to discard. Your log is saved to your device.


My Running Totals #

Below the Outcomes section, My Running Totals accumulates your numbers across all logged days in the current period. Three summary chips show your period-to-date:

  • Conn Rate โ€” your overall connection rate for the period
  • Close Rate โ€” what percentage of your calls turned into closed deals
  • Revenue โ€” total revenue generated this period

Below the chips, a detailed breakdown shows Total Calls, Connections, Proposals Sent, Deals Closed, Calls per Close, and Average Calls / Day. These are the numbers that tell you whether you’re on pace.


Start a new period #

When you want to reset and start tracking a fresh period โ€” a new month, a new campaign, or a new goal โ€” tap Start New Period at the bottom of the Running Totals section. A confirmation asks: “Start a New Period?” Tap Start Fresh to confirm, or Cancel to keep the current period.

The confirmation message is clear: “Your current stats will be saved as a completed period. Your history is preserved โ€” you can view past periods any time. A new period starts today.” Your data is never deleted when you start a new period โ€” everything stays on your device and your totals history is intact.
