From inside a Marketing estimate, tap the SEO strip button. The SEO Scope sheet opens directly.
Set billing mode #
In Billing mode, choose Monthly retainer or Project. This determines how the line items are labeled and structured in the estimate.
Scope SEO services #
In SEO Services, enter the scope for the three core service components: the initial audit (hours and rate), ongoing monthly management (hours and rate), and link building (hours and rate). Enter zeros for any component not included in the engagement. These rows insert into the Strategy & Consulting section of the estimate.
Scope SEO content #
In SEO Content, enter the monthly or project blog post count with rate per post, and landing page count with rate per page. These rows insert into the Content Production section of the estimate — kept separate from the service rows so clients and reporting can distinguish content costs from strategy fees.
Apply to the estimate #
The Summary shows your SEO services subtotal and SEO content subtotal. Tap Apply. Service rows go to Strategy & Consulting; content rows go to Content Production. Both sections update in the same action.
