Vertical: Pressure Washing · Nav: Multi-Surface Builder · Entry: SmartScope → PW Tools
The Multi-Surface Job Builder quotes a complete PW job — house, driveway, walkways, fence, deck, and roof — in a single session. Toggle on each surface you’re cleaning, enter the measurement, and the builder calculates everything together. One insert pushes all enabled surfaces into your estimate at once.
Open it #
From inside a Pressure Washing estimate, tap the SmartScope button to open SmartScope — PW. Tap Multi-Surface Job Builder.
Toggle and configure surfaces #
The builder opens with all six surface cards: House Wash, Driveway, Walkway / Sidewalk, Fence, Deck / Wood, and Roof Soft Wash. The screen reminds you: “Toggle each surface, enter the area or linear feet, and override the price per unit if needed.”
Toggle on each surface you’re quoting. For each enabled surface, fill in:
- Measurement — square feet for most surfaces; linear feet for fences
- Condition / Buildup — the difficulty picker adjusts the labor and chemical multiplier for that surface
- Chemical Cost — what you pay for that surface’s chemical. Your saved library chemical appears automatically with a banner; tap Change to switch it
- Production Rate — your crew’s units per hour at standard difficulty. Tap Set Default to lock in your rate for future jobs
For House Wash, a Use Building Estimator button appears — tap it to switch to the dedicated Building / House Wash Calculator and bring the result back here.
Set crew and review the summary #
In Crew, enter your crew size and toggle Owner / Operator if applicable. The footer confirms: “Labor hours are calculated automatically from each surface’s sq ft and production rate.” Surfaces at a Glance shows a summary of all enabled surfaces and their individual costs. What This Job Costs You totals everything. Charge Preview shows your estimated client price at your markup.
Insert into the estimate #
Tap Insert into Estimate. All toggled-on surfaces insert as individual line items in a single action — you don’t need to run each surface through a separate calculator. Surfaces that are toggled off are ignored.
