Step 1 — Get your access code #

Your manager creates an access code for you and sends it along with setup instructions. The code is unique to you. Keep it — it doesn’t expire unless your manager revokes it.

Step 2 — Enter the code #

Open PriceRight Pro on your iPhone. At the top of the home screen, tap the workspace switcher badge. This is how you move between your own business and any field connections you’ve been invited to. Choose the option to add a new connection and enter your access code when prompted.

The app connects and downloads the pricing configuration from your manager’s account. This takes a few seconds on the first connection.

Step 3 — Your field home screen #

Once connected, the field home screen opens. At the top you’ll see your manager’s business name and logo. Below that, cards appear for each feature your manager has enabled for your code. Not every card is visible to every field worker — your manager controls which tools you can access.

Here’s what each card does:

  • Clock-in section — clock in and out of jobs when your manager has enabled this
  • Contacts — view and add contacts to the CRM (only shown when your manager has enabled CRM access)
  • Pipeline — create leads and move them through the sales pipeline (only shown when pipeline access is enabled)
  • Expenses & Mileage — log job expenses and business trips
  • Price List — view your manager’s full price list; export as PDF or CSV
  • Follow-Up Reminders — reminders you’ve set after sending estimates
  • Pipeline Follow-Ups — follow-up dates on your pipeline leads; badge shows overdue count
  • My Card — your digital business card to share with prospects (only shown when your manager has enabled this)
  • My Commission — your closed commission payouts (only shown when your manager has enabled Commission Tracker)
  • Daily Sales Activity Log — log your daily call and outreach activity

Your estimates #

Below the cards, My Estimates shows all the estimates you’ve built in Field Mode. Tap New Estimate to start a new quote. Each estimate in the list shows the job name, a camera badge if site photos have been added, and two action buttons: Site Photos and Export Estimate.

If you haven’t built any estimates yet, the screen reads: “Tap ‘New Estimate’ to start quoting for [your manager’s business name].”

If pricing looks outdated #

A yellow banner appears if the pricing configuration hasn’t been updated in a while: “Pricing may be outdated — Last updated N days ago.” Tap Refresh Now to pull the latest pricing from your manager’s account. You need a data connection to refresh.

Switching between connections #

If you work for more than one company or want to switch back to your own PriceRight Pro account, tap the workspace switcher badge at the top of the screen. Your connections are listed there — tap to switch.

If your access is removed #

If your manager revokes your code, the app shows: “[Business name] has removed your field access. Contact your manager if you think this is a mistake.” Reach out to your manager to be re-invited.
