The Timesheets tab #

Open Crew Mode from the home screen and tap the Timesheets tab. The tab shows a pay period summary at the top โ€” the period date range (formatted MM/DD โ€“ MM/DD) with chevron buttons to navigate between periods. Below that: Period Total (total pay across all crew) and Hours (total hours worked).

Pull down to refresh and load the latest timesheet data from the server.

Filter by approval status #

Three filter cards sit below the period summary โ€” tap one to filter the crew list to that category, tap it again to clear the filter:

  • Approved (green) โ€” timesheets you’ve already approved this period
  • Pending (orange) โ€” timesheets submitted by crew that need your review
  • Didn’t Submit (grey) โ€” crew members with no hours submitted for this period

Each crew row in the list shows the member’s name, their status badge, total hours, and pay amount for the period. Tap any row to open the full timesheet for that crew member.

Review and approve a timesheet #

Tap a crew member’s row to open their individual timesheet. The nav title shows their name. At the top: Pay Period Total and Total Hours for the period. The approval status badge shows one of three states: Approved, Pending approval, or Not submitted.

When the timesheet is pending or not yet submitted, the Approve Period button appears in green below the summary. Tap it to approve the full pay period for that crew member. The status updates to Approved and the period count refreshes in the Timesheets tab. Once approved, the button is hidden โ€” the timesheet is locked.

Below the summary, a Week total row shows the combined hours. Tap it to expand a per-job breakdown โ€” how many hours this crew member logged against each job this period. Below that, the Daily Breakdown section shows each day of the period. Tap any day row to drill into the individual clock entries for that day โ€” clock-in time, clock-out time, job name, and duration.

Clock edit requests #

If a crew member clocked in or out at the wrong time, they can submit a correction request from their portal. You’ll see the edit request when you tap into the day detail for that shift โ€” it shows the original times, the requested times, and any note the crew member left to explain the change. Approve or deny the request from the day detail view.

Clock a crew member in or out remotely #

If a crew member forgot to clock in or is unable to clock themselves out, you can do it remotely. Go to the Crew tab, tap their row to open the detail sheet, and scroll to the Clock Status section. The section shows their current state:

  • A green dot and “On the Clock” with the time they clocked in โ€” tap Clock Out Remotely (red) to clock them out
  • A grey dot and “Not Clocked In” โ€” tap Clock In Remotely (teal) to clock them in

A time picker opens โ€” set the clock-in or clock-out time, then confirm. The entry is sent to the server and appears in their clock history for the period.

Navigating between pay periods #

Use the chevron arrows in the Timesheets tab period header to move between pay periods. Each tap shifts the period one week forward or back and refreshes the timesheet data. The period label updates to show the new date range. Historical periods remain accessible โ€” scroll back as far as you need to review or approve past timesheets.
