Privacy Policy
PriceRight Pro — Nimble Dragon Media, Inc. Effective Date: March 24, 2026 | Last Updated: March 24, 2026
1. About This Policy
PriceRight Pro (“PriceRight”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a business management application for contractors and service professionals, developed by Nimble Dragon Media, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it.
This policy covers:
- The PriceRight Pro iOS application
- The PriceRight Pro website at https://pricerightpro.app
- All backend services that support the app (payment processing, team features, estimate approvals)
2. Who This Policy Covers
This policy applies to three categories of people whose data may be processed by PriceRight:
- Contractors — business owners and self-employed professionals who use PriceRight Pro to run their business (“you”, “your”)
- Workers — field users and crew members that a contractor provisions access for through Field Mode or Crew features
- Clients — a contractor’s customers whose information passes through PriceRight when they approve estimates or make payments
If you are a worker or client, your information was provided to PriceRight by the contractor you work with or for. If you have questions about how your data is used, you may contact us directly at the address in Section 11.
3. Data We Collect and Why
3.1 Contractor Account Data
When you use backend features of PriceRight Pro (Stripe payments, Field Mode, Crew, or Client Approvals), we collect and store:
- Business name, email address, and phone number — used to display your branding on client-facing pages and to contact you about your account
- A unique account identifier tied to your app installation — used to associate your data across backend features
- Apple Push Notification tokens — used to send you real-time payment and approval alerts on your device
- Your subscription status (free, Standard, or Premium) — used to determine which features are available and to govern data retention rules
Note: PriceRight Pro stores your estimates, jobs, invoices, financial data, client records, service items, and all other business data in your private Apple iCloud account — not on our servers. We have no access to that data. This policy covers only the data that passes through PriceRight’s own backend services.
3.2 Worker Data (Field Mode and Crew)
When a contractor provisions Field Mode access or registers a crew member, we store on their behalf:
- A name or label for each worker (e.g. “Sarah — Sales”) — used to identify the worker in the contractor’s roster and timesheet records
- A device identifier (a one-way hash of the device’s Apple-assigned identifier) — used to bind authentication tokens to a specific device and prevent unauthorized use
- GPS coordinates, street address, and timestamps when a worker clocks in or out of a job site — used to generate timesheet records for the contractor
- IP addresses — collected temporarily when a worker’s device validates a Field Access Code, used solely to prevent abuse and brute-force attacks
Contractors are responsible for informing their workers that PriceRight Pro collects this information when Field Mode or Crew clock-in features are in use, and for obtaining any consent required under applicable law before provisioning access.
3.3 Client Data
When a contractor sends an estimate approval link or a payment request to their client, we temporarily process:
- Client name and email address — used to render the approval page, send the client a confirmation email, and display payment notification text to the contractor
PriceRight acts as a data processor for this information on the contractor’s behalf. The client’s relationship is with the contractor, not with Nimble Dragon Media, Inc. We do not use client information for any purpose beyond completing the specific transaction it was provided for.
3.4 Website Data
When you visit https://pricerightpro.app, standard web server logs may record your IP address and browser information. This data is used solely for security monitoring and spam prevention and is not linked to your app account.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use the data described above only for the following purposes:
- Providing and operating the features you have enabled (payments, team access, client approvals, GPS timesheets)
- Sending push notifications for payment received, estimate approved, and other real-time events you have requested
- Preventing abuse of our authentication endpoints
- Contacting you if your account requires attention (e.g. inactivity warning before deletion — see Section 6)
- Complying with legal obligations
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. PriceRight Pro contains no advertising and we do not share your information with advertisers.
5. Data Retention
We retain different types of data for different periods based on their purpose and sensitivity.
5.1 Contractor Account Data
- Business name, email, and phone — retained while your account is active; deleted when your account is deleted (see Section 6)
- Push notification tokens — deleted automatically if your device token has not been refreshed within 12 months, or when your account is deleted
5.2 Worker Data
- Worker names and labels — anonymized to “Revoked User” within 90 days of the contractor revoking that worker’s access; the underlying record is permanently deleted within 2 years of revocation
- Device identifiers (hashed) — permanently deleted within 30 days of revocation
- Crew member authentication tokens — invalidated immediately when the contractor revokes access; the associated record is deleted within 1 year of revocation
- IP addresses collected during code validation — automatically deleted within 2 hours
5.3 GPS Clock-In/Out Data
- GPS coordinates and street addresses — anonymized (zeroed) 2 years after the clock-in date; timestamps and job information are retained for payroll record purposes
- Full clock-in/out records — permanently deleted 5 years after the clock-in date
5.4 Client Data
- Client names and email addresses in approval records — anonymized within 90 days of the approval being completed (approved, declined, or expired); the approval record itself is permanently deleted after 5 years
- Client names in payment transaction records — anonymized after 3 years; payment transaction records are retained indefinitely for financial reconciliation purposes
6. Inactive Account Deletion
This section applies only to accounts that have data stored on PriceRight’s backend (accounts that have used Stripe payments, Field Mode, Crew, or Client Approvals). It does not affect your app data, which is stored in your private iCloud account and is entirely outside our control.
6.1 What Counts as Activity
An account is considered active if any of the following are true:
- You have made any request to a PriceRight backend service within the past 12 months
- You have an active paid subscription (Standard or Premium)
Free-tier accounts that have not made any backend request for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive.
6.2 Subscription Lapses
If your paid subscription lapses, your account is not immediately considered inactive. The 12-month inactivity clock resets from the date your subscription lapses, giving you a full year to resubscribe or make a backend request before any warning is sent. All your backend data (Stripe linkage, Field Mode codes, approval history) remains fully intact during any lapse period.
6.3 Warning and Deletion
When an account is detected as inactive:
- We will send a warning email to the business email address on file, notifying you that your account data will be deleted in 30 days
- If no business email address is on file, no warning email will be sent; the account will still proceed to deletion after the 30-day window
- If you make any backend request or resubscribe within the 30-day window, the deletion is cancelled and your account is restored to active status
- If no activity is detected within 30 days of the warning, all backend data associated with your account is permanently deleted
This deletion does not affect your iCloud data. Your estimates, jobs, and business history in the app remain intact regardless of what happens to your backend account.
7. Third-Party Services
PriceRight Pro works with the following third-party services to deliver specific features:
Stripe — Payment processing. When you connect a Stripe account or when your client makes a payment, payment data is processed by Stripe under their own Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. PriceRight stores only a reference to your Stripe account ID and payment transaction metadata. We do not store card numbers or bank account details. See stripe.com/privacy.
Apple / iCloud — All app data (estimates, jobs, financials, settings) is stored in your private Apple iCloud container under your Apple ID. Apple’s privacy policy governs that data. See apple.com/legal/privacy.
SendGrid — Transactional email delivery. When PriceRight sends you an account notification or sends your client an approval confirmation, the email is routed through SendGrid. Recipient email addresses are passed to SendGrid solely for delivery. See sendgrid.com/policies/privacy.
We do not use third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs in PriceRight Pro.
8. Data Storage and Security
Backend data is stored on secure servers located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Hashed storage for all authentication tokens — plaintext tokens are never stored
- Rate limiting on public-facing endpoints to prevent enumeration attacks
- Access controls that restrict backend data to the specific contractor account it belongs to
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you have security concerns, please contact us at the address in Section 11.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 11. We will respond within 30 days. Note that some data may be exempt from deletion where we are required to retain it for legal or security purposes (for example, anonymized financial transaction records).
California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of its sale. PriceRight Pro does not sell personal information.
10. Children’s Privacy
PriceRight Pro is intended for use by business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Contact

12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Material changes will be communicated via a notice in the app or by email to the address on file. Continued use of PriceRight Pro after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
